Blogger Imprisoned
Despite the fact most of the bloggers disagree with what he writes, and some go labeling his writings as "rubbish", we all agree at least the person has the write to express his thoughts in the name of Freedom of Expression.
"An Egyptian court sentenced a blogger to four years' prison for insulting Islam and the president.
Abdel Kareem Soliman's trial was the first time that a blogger had been prosecuted in Egypt. He had used his web log to criticise the country's top Islamic institution, al-Azhar university and President Hosni Mubarak, whom he called a dictator. "

I don't know but often wonder if we are doing any good at all. Of course there is ego massage in what we do. There always is. Everybody has one. They are hard to hold down. We think we've tamed them, but they find cracks and can be seen creeping through by all but ourselves. Sometimes they take over completely, leaving us the only ones unaware they have. It is recognition of the egos at our sides that cause us wonder if we doing no more than playing with ourselves or moving a world beyond. We like to tell ourselves there is external reason for our efforts, that of having some effect on others and events yet to be. Yet, we wonder. That those with power we oppose take steps to stand in the way, tells that they've done more than wonder. Instead, they've concluded the effects we question are real and dangerous to them. Their efforts to impede should be taken as encouragement to continue with realization we hold more power than them. Let us keep using it.
i wonder too pocho.Sad when its illegal to say how you feel pent up feelings usually lead to problems .
Thoughts are hard to control sometimes at least for me .My healing has been helped so much being able to express my feeling in words .All i can say is "sticks and stone may break my bones but words will never hurt me "but in truth words can hurt from some people where others just role off like water in a rain.
