Amnesty International USA has been polling online for Human Rights Hero of 2011. Muammar Qaddafi was running well ahead of others. Amnesty cancelled the poll. Qaddafi's Green Book was the law in Libya and shows what participatory democracy can be and thus cannot be permitted to exist by powers that do be. It is a must read for any the occupies excite.
