This has been going on for several days. Reports are that up to 25,000 are gathered in Puerta del Sol. Sunday is election day. Saturday was supposed to be a "Reflection Day", during which large public gatherings are illegal. There seems to have been no governmental interference yet. Time in Madrid is UTC+2.
