A future where the United States fits in with the majority of the continent is what is to be hoped for. It has the choices of giving up its policies and beliefs of world domination and oppression to become a civilized nation working for peace and the good of humanity. If they refuse to loosen their grasp, then it will have to be done for them. No longer can this be tolarated.

Poetry of José Martí, the most prolific writer in the Spanish language, became lyrics of the song Guantanamera, the defacto national song of the Cuban revolution. Its rhythm compels joyous dance. The lyrics are known here by every Mexican school child and are sung at all fiestas. Concluding words are "Con los pobres de la tierra, Quiero mi suerte echar, El arroyo de la sierra, Me complace más que el mar." ( With the poor people of the earth, I want to cast my lot, The mountain stream, Pleases me more than the sea.). There are neither rockets red glare nor bombs bursting in air as brag the US anthem. So defines a difference in nations.
